Job Description

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and tech-savvy Digital Marketing and Web Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns, as well as designing and maintaining our company’s website. Your main duties will include running digital ad campaigns, creating engaging content, developing and maintaining websites, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying trends.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as PPC, SEO, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and optimize for continuous improvement.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Design, develop, and maintain company websites, ensuring mobile responsiveness and SEO best practices.
• Manage website updates, bug fixes, and enhancements for improved performance and user experience.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Portfolio of previous projects.
• Diploma/Degree in a related field.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Familiarity with web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and responsive design.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
