Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries through various digital channels.

  • Guide customers through online journeys and reduce telephone calls.
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer experiences and processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance the overall customer journey.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of BPO or customer service experience.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Technological proficiency and experience with Zendesk platform preferred.
