Job Description
Education/ Experience And Skills Requirement:
- Willingness to work in UK shift
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, marketing, communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in administering and managing Acquia DAM or similar digital asset management systems
- Familiarity with web content management systems and digital asset workflows
- Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and digital asset organization principles
- Ability to interpret and analyze data to generate meaningful reports on digital asset performance
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Team player, who can work independently and handle conflicting priorities while maintaining consistency in performance standards
- Knowledge/interest in capital markets, funds, and asset management (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Acquia DAM platform, ensuring it meets the organization’s evolving needs
- Develop and implement best practices for organizing, tagging, and storing digital assets within the DAM system
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their digital asset requirements and provide guidance on using the Acquia DAM platform effectively
- Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their proficiency in using the DAM system
- Streamline digital asset workflows by identifying opportunities for automation and integration with other systems
- Ensure the seamless integration of content creation tools and other relevant applications into the Acquia DAM platform
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital assets within the Acquia DAM system
- Generate reports on asset use, user engagement, and overall system performance
