Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage AWS cloud deployments.
- Provide support to internal and external technical teams in troubleshooting software and connectivity issues.
- Handle VA/PT requests and fixes (scans conducted by another team).
- Assist business and technical teams in designing solutions.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience and a Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Languages:
- Proficiency in Sinhala and English.
