Job Description
Job Duties:
- Implement integrations requested by customers
- AWS certification/ Redhat certification will be considered an advantage
- Ability to learn scripting and programming languages using Python
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Manage releases for production and testing environments
- Perform root cause analysis and immediate action for server errors
- Set-up monitoring and alerts for applications
- Provide in-house IT admin support
- Good communication and customer service skills required
- Resolve technical issues and automate visualization
- Design troubleshooting procedures for system maintenance
