Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Software development solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Choose appropriate tools, frameworks, and methodologies for the project, ensuring alignment with best practices and standards.
• Ensure the successful implementation of software solutions by coordinating development activities, overseeing quality assurance, managing code reviews, and enforcing adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with the architect and business stakeholders to implement and deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead efforts to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and bugs throughout the development lifecycle.
• Optimize software performance by analyzing and improving system efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Utilize DevOps practices to optimize project delivery, such as implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes
• Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the development process, including design specifications, code comments, and user manuals.
• Manage a team of developers and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our development processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Development Team Lead or similar role with over 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Technologies with Azure cloud.
• Experience in Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, SQL database, Web Apps, Power Platform and Low Code platforms would be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in DevOps methodologies to from planning to delivery.  
• Strong knowledge in external system integrations.
• Knowledge in secure development practices.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable plans.
• Strong knowledge in GIT and different branching strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills. Fluency in English communication is essential as this role requires collaboration with Australian clients.

The client is an Australian-based BPO specializing in property management services. Selected candidates will work as direct consultants to the client and will be compensated in AUD. Working hours are from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm SL.
