Job Description
A leading apparel manufacturing company, Uconnect, is seeking a skilled development merchandiser to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate throughout the development process.
- Request and oversee lab dips, strike-offs, and base hangers.
- Ensure timely approvals, following the critical path.
- Communicate crucial information to the production team promptly.
- Manage sample development and grade samples.
- Ensure on-time sample delivery to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior knowledge of kids/babywear products is a plus.
- 2-3 years of development merchandising experience.
- Degree or diploma in marketing, merchandising, or related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/NIS systems.
