Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Identify customer requirements based on the design sketch and ensure sample process meets critical deadlines.
• Coordinate sample development process, follow up on raw material requirements, and ensure timely completion of samples/prototypes.
• Implement T&A, ensure on-time delivery of raw materials, fulfill PO quantities, and establish connectivity between development and bulk production.
• Analyze key concerns from customers, suppliers, and internal teams, and take timely corrective actions.
• Closely monitor deliveries, avoid delays, and oversee outsourced operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English, computer literacy, and experience with UK/European customers.
