Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Destination Manager at Serendib Travel Holidays in Dehiwala. The role involves managing guided tours, providing exceptional customer service, boosting sales, and negotiating contracts. The Destination Manager will ensure the smooth operation of travel services and create memorable experiences for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Guided Tours and Sales
- Proficiency in Negotiation
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of the travel industry and destinations
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field
