Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Destination Manager located in Colombo. The Destination Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to guided tours, customer service, sales, and negotiation. They will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent support to clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in conducting guided tours and providing exceptional customer service
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience in the education industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
