Job Description
Required Work Experience – 3-5 Yrs
Location – Kurunegala
- Desktop Technician will provide day to day localremote desktop support, receive inbound calls, troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues.
- Candidate must have 2-3 years experience in Windows Desktop support. Provide first/second level contact and issue resolution for customers.
- Must maintain ticket updates, troubleshoot network connectivity, and perform general maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
