Job Description
As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving technical problems, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring systems are running efficiently.
Collaborating with the IT team, you will deliver excellent customer service, document support processes, and participate in IT projects.
