Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Deputy Manager for our Special Asset Management team at Nations Trust Bank PLC. The ideal candidate will oversee commercial banking recoveries in the Central Zone, developing strategies for distressed asset management to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual targets and KPIs.
- Administer recovery of Commercial Banking Stage 3 NPL accounts.
- Manage litigation activities for debt recovery.
- Dispose of acquired properties.
- Prepare management reports.
Special Skills:
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of credit evaluation, risk management, and banking products.
- Ability to compile and interpret reports.
- Management and administration skills.
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in a Bank/Financial Institution or 3 years in a reputed Audit Firm.
- Degree in Finance/Accounting with a professional accounting qualification.
- Hands-on financial reporting experience in Banks preferred.
