Job Description
Job Duties
- Ensure safety of personnel, plants, and machinery while improving manufacturing processes
- Prepare maintenance budget, manage expenses
- Plan and execute annual maintenance program for machinery
- Manage spare parts inventory efficiently
- Minimize downtime and wastage, maintain machine performance
- Implement asset management and maintenance systems/tools
- Prepare investment budgets and appraisals
- Develop equipment manuals and maintenance task lists
- Lead and support strategic business projects
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or similar field
- 3-5 years experience as Mechanical Engineer
- Knowledge in Project Management
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of manufacturing environment
