Job Description
SDB Bank, a leading bank in Sri Lanka, is looking for a Deputy Manager – Compliance to support the Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring regulatory compliance and internal processes.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, minimum 5 years’ compliance or finance experience, strong understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in English communication and IT.
