Job Description
Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Head of Region to oversee operations in one of our production facilities located in Seeduwa. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in leadership and people management within the manufacturing industry.
Reporting directly to the Head of Region, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all business segments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations, including production, sales, logistics, personnel, and general administration.
- Developing and implementing effective business strategies to optimize performance and achieve key objectives.
- Managing and motivating a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- MBA from a recognized university is preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, with at least 7 years in managerial roles.
- Proven track record of success in overseeing manufacturing operations, personnel management, administration, and sales.
- Experience in the beverage industry is highly desirable.
- Candidates with a military background and relevant corporate experience will also be considered.
