Job Description

Salary: LKR 150,00 per month
As the Deputy Manager – Finance at Headmasters Solutions, you will play a key role in overseeing financial operations at our hotel. Responsibilities include financial record-keeping, report preparation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial statement preparation, budgets, and forecasts.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Conduct financial analysis for cost reduction opportunities.
- Manage cash flow and monitor transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits.
- Support senior management in decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the hotel sector, preferably in finance.
- Strong grasp of financial principles and practices.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
