Job Description
Ensure the safety of personnel, plants, and machinery while improving the manufacturing process.
- Prepare annual maintenance budget and manage expenditure.
- Plan and execute maintenance program for machinery to minimize costs and downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory and optimize stock levels.
- Minimize downtime and wastage, ensure machine performance meets quality standards.
- Implement asset management systems and maintain machinery.
- Prepare investment budgets and equipment manuals.
- Develop project proposals and manage projects.
- Keep managers informed of issues and plan strategies.
- Lead maintenance crew towards business goals.
