Job Description
Ensure the safety of the personnel, plants, and machinery while continuously improving the manufacturing process.
Preparation of annual maintenance budget and managing the expenditure.
Planning and executing annual maintenance program for all knitting and sleeve section related machinery including utilities, optimizing maintenance cost and reducing unplanned downtime.
Work closely with engineering stores and procurement team to manage spare parts inventory efficiently.
Carry out maintenance systems/tools and ensure plant machinery operations yield the best outcome.
Prepare investment budgets, equipment manuals, and project proposals while supporting business strategies.
