Description:
- Collect/input information to prepare harmonized projections variance report on a regular basis
- Collect/Input information to prepare vendor capacity report
- Support Manager on order distribution based on allocation frameworks across vendors and mills
- Work with vendors and mills to ensure timely support for all inquiries
- Stay updated on calendar revisions and communicate changes to vendors

Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology/Merchandising/Management or similar field
- 3+ years’ experience in apparel industry with focus on Production/Capacity Planning
- Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent in English (spoken & written), team player with a positive attitude
- Experience with Fast React or similar planning system is a plus
