Job Description
Education/ Experience and Skills Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience in Commercial Loan Servicing, Documentation and Quality Control
- Understanding of Lending Services lifecycle and loan agreements, security agreements and other loan documents
- Strong knowledge of AFS Loan Management System is a must
- Good understanding of ABL, TLC, SBA, payments, advances, ACH, re-pricings, renewals and rate changes
- Commerce Graduate/MBA (Finance)
- Good understanding of project management principles
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Client management skills
Responsibilities
- Provide support on loan data quality for the Loan Operations team
- Validate and reconcile data between source document and the Bank’s system
- Identify and remediate incorrect/inconsistencies/conflicting/missing information
- Ensure that CLO boarding is completed in accordance with instructions
- Establish critical data elements for regulators and shareholders reporting and risk reporting
- Ensure compliance with the Bank’s data governance policies, standards, and operational procedures
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects
- Meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure particularly around month ends
