Job Description
Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement:
- At least 3–6 years of experience in fund accounting, fund reporting, fund valuation, etc.
- CFA, CA, or MBA degree from a top-tier business school
- Strong communication skills and experience in client relationship management
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Finance fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of transactions and valuation of portfolio investments
- Preparation and review of various private credit funds
- Tracking of live cash balance and transactions
- Experience in capital calls and distribution notices
- Review of capital account statements and updating of documents
- Calculation of NAV, management fees, carried interest, and more
- Analysis of complex forms of financing
- Supporting the deal team in building credit summary reports
- Provision of QC support and maintaining trackers
- Knowledge of ILPA templates and strong accounting skills
- Booking of accruals/expenses and fees
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and e-Front/Investran tool (preferred)
