Role Description
To support the management by providing recovery expertise and opinions to solve internal and external concerns in order to ensure that the company is following the relevant recovery regulations. Assess liabilities and risks and advise appropriate action plans to the Management. Propose recovery solutions and contribute to the development of policies that will assist in meeting the specific objectives of the company.
Qualifications
- Debt Collection and Finance skills in corporate sector.
- Technical exposure in attending to investigations liaise with police stations.
- Experience in attending to court matters and litigation works.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Persistent and persuasive approach in debt recovery
- Experience in debt recovery or similar role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
