Job Description
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as an analyst/data scientist
- Excellent knowledge of databases and statistical packages
- Good knowledge of data warehousing and mining
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
Essential Skills
- Machine learning and predictive analytics
- Designing dashboards
- Interpreting data
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
Desirable
- Familiarity with Microsoft tech stack, especially Azure and Synapse
- Experience in building LLMs
- Understanding of KPIs, business processes, and retail/Apparel data context
Responsibilities
- Build models end-to-end
- Define, transform, and structure data for analysis
- Deal with complex datasets and automate analytics workflows
- Assess data sources and improve data collection methods
