Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build models end-to-end and automate the analytics workflow.
- Work with complex datasets, transforming and structuring them for analysis.
- Collaborate with business units to identify problems and propose data-driven solutions.
- Analyze and explain performance metrics, preparing data for analysis by querying multiple sources.
- Develop algorithms, use machine learning tools, and design experiments.
- Provide clear, regular KPI reporting and data-driven insights.
- Stay updated with the latest data science tools and techniques.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a Data Scientist/Analyst.
- Proficient in ML, Python, SQL, and dashboard design.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with Azure, Synapse, and data warehousing is a plus.
- Knowledge of business processes, especially in retail or apparel, is desirable.
