Job Description
Jobenvoy.com is currently seeking a Data Lead to join our team in Colombo. As the Data Lead, you will play a critical role in leading data transformation projects, overseeing our Data Lake platform, and utilizing Big Data and Machine Learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data transformation projects to drive actionable insights.
- Oversee the global Data Lake platform and integrate Big Data and Machine Learning.
- Ensure high-quality Master Data Management.
- Enhance customer visibility and B2B relationships using data insights.
- Develop and document analytics use cases with clear business goals.
- Maintain strategic vendor relationships and manage budgets.
- Utilize AI for predictive analytics and coach teams in business analytics.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Engineering (Computer Science) or Statistics/Data Science.
- 5-10 years of industry experience.
- Certifications in Big Data and Data Science.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
