Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Colombo on a 6-month Contract Basis. This is a Full-Time position with working hours from 2.00 pm to 11.00 pm, Monday to Friday (Hybrid).
The salary is paid in USD. Candidates must have previous experience with major retailers, familiarity with their websites/systems, and ERP systems. Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Responsibilities include managing customer orders, reviewing inbound orders, accurately entering purchase orders, and collaborating with the sales team. This role is with our client, InTalent Asia, offering a rewarding career opportunity.
