We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at JAT Consultancy Private Limited (JATCo). The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience and be proficient in Power BI, capable of interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets for decision support.
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports across business units.
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data for stakeholder insights.
• Collaborate with teams to fulfill data requirements and provide analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy through audits and cleansing.
• Support data-driven strategies to boost business outcomes.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis for management as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating and managing dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills for clear data interpretation.
• Experience in data modeling, visualization, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with database management and data warehousing.
