Job Description

The Data-Driven Analyst will work directly under the CEO’s Operations and collaborate with all CXOs and VPs in the Software (SW) department, Cloud, and BPO business units. This role is integral to driving data-driven decision-making processes across the organization and ensuring strategic objectives are met through robust data analysis, reporting, and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time data insights.
• Present data findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Work closely with CXOs and VPs to provide relevant analytical support.
• Facilitate data-driven discussions and promote a culture of data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Or Reading Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst preferably in software, cloud, or BPO industries.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of various business functions.
