Job Description
What you have to do:
- Provide 2nd level technical support within SLA agreements and adhere to ITIL Framework processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, escalate support from service desk teams, and create knowledgebase articles.
- Offer after-hours on-call assistance and conduct periodic customer meetings and presentations on operational activities.
What we need:
- Proven experience in Security Operations, managing Security Solutions stacks like End Point Security (e.g., CrowdStrike), SIEM, and Vulnerability Management (Rapid7 or IAM) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Security Awareness tools (KnowBe4, Mimecast) and Application Whitelisting solutions (Airlock, Microsoft Security).
- Knowledge of security frameworks (ASD Essential 8, NIST) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Confluence).
- Hands-on experience in Security Monitoring, Incident Response, Threat Management, and driving Vulnerability Management Programs for Customers.
