What you will be doing
- Monitor and troubleshoot customer operations using software applications
- Research and identify solutions for customer issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams
- Provide prompt customer feedback and prepare reports
- Document knowledge in tech notes
What are we looking for
- Excellent English proficiency
- Strong IT skills (MS Office & Google Applications)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Initiative-taking and minimum 2 years of experience required
- Logistics experience is a plus
Contract Duration & Conditions
- 3 Months contract with renewal opportunities
- US work hours (CST) availability required
