Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints.
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints.
- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and escalate them if necessary.
- Work closely with sales leads and Product Managers to stay updated on service and product knowledge.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and communicate them to the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. MIS, IT, Business Management, Marketing).
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a technical support environment, B2B/SaaS experience preferred.
- Proficient in multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft products, Salesforce, and customer-facing troubleshooting platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive for learning and overcoming challenges.
- Commitment to work schedule and dedicated approach.
- Goal-oriented with an eagerness for career advancement and willingness to take on extra responsibilities.
