Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in Kandy. As a Customer Support Representative, you will manage customer & sales verification, complaint handling, and ensuring customer satisfaction through issue resolution and assistance.
Qualifications
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to empathize and address customer concerns professionally
– Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
– Experience in customer support or similar role is advantageous
– Proficiency in computer skills and customer support software
– Degree or Diploma in any field or equivalent experience
