Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer service inquiries. The role also involves providing technical support to clients.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Online Support and Technical Support skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the finance or trading industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
