Job Description
As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing accurate information, escalating complex issues, and maintaining records. Collaboration with team members and staying updated on company updates is essential.
Requirements:
- Good command of spoken English and Sinhala (Tamil proficiency is a plus).
- Knowledge of MS Word, email, and communication skills.
- Living within an 18 km radius from Colombo 05.
- Available to work weekdays 7.45 am to 4.30 pm and Saturdays 8.00 am to 12.30 pm.
