Job Description
Department: Support
Reports To: Head Of Support
Responsible for providing functional support to users of our ERP system. This includes analyzing clients’ requirements, providing training and support, and troubleshooting problems. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ERP systems, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Manage Technical Ticketing system and Communication Channels
- Analyze Clients’ requirements and provide Solutions to the ERP system
- Provide training and support to users
- Troubleshoot problems with the ERP system
- Maintain ERP system documentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 1+ years of experience in software support
- Strong understanding of ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
