Job Description

Department: Support

Reports To: Head Of Support

Summary: Responsible for providing functional support to users of our ERP system. Includes analyzing requirements, providing training, and troubleshooting. Requires strong ERP system understanding, customer service passion, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ticketing system and communication channels
  • Analyze and provide solutions to client requirements
  • Train and support ERP users
  • Troubleshoot system issues
  • Work with engineers to ensure system functionality
  • Maintain system documentation
  • Respond to support requests efficiently
  • Escalate issues and gather feedback
  • Stay updated on ERP trends
  • Develop training materials and presentations
  • Implement training programs and track customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 1+ years in client handling and technical support
  • Strong ERP system and business process knowledge
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Passion for client management and adaptable to different time zones
