Job Overview:
We are looking for an outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible to lead the customer service efforts for Mintpay and work closely with our customers and internal teams to ensure quality and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rectify product or service problems by understanding the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and identifying and communicating the ideal solution to resolve the problem.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and social media.
- Monitor our social media pages to keep track of customer queries and complaints.
- Increase trust and customer satisfaction levels through transparent communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams and merchant partners to identify opportunities for existing customers to use more of the platform and remove roadblocks.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in Communications, Business or related field
- Fluent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Proficiency in MS Office Packages and Google Applications.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Possess a customer oriented mindset with a strong passion for quality.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Be a self learner with a passion for technology.
