Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide efficient technical support. Knowledge and experience with Apple products, coupled with a proactive approach to learning and maintaining certifications, will set you apart in this dynamic role. Key Responsibilities: Frontline Operations: – Attend to walk-in customers professionally. – Manage the delivery and receiving of service devices. Customer Interaction: – Achieve set qualitative and quantitative targets while updating relevant CRMs. – Ability to provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support would be an added advantage. Technical Troubleshooting: – Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues by coordinating with necessary teams and parties. – Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates. Communication: – Update customers on the repair/service status in a timely manner. – Demonstrate superior written and oral communication skills. – Fluent in Sinhala and English; fluency in Tamil is an added advantage. Customer Relations: – Demonstrate empathy and patience while dealing with customer inquiries. Qualifications and Skills: – 1-2 years of experience in technical support or front-line customer service. – Knowledge and experience with Apple products and repairs would be an added advantage. – Prior experience in Electronics / Telecommunication/ IT or a related field will be an added advantage.
