Job Description

Well-known leasing company in Sri Lanka is seeking to hire Triangulate Call Center Executives immediately. We are in search of a Call Center Representative to act as the bridge between our company and our customers. The ideal candidate will take ownership of resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly
  • Adhere to call center scripts for various topics
  • Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and upsell products
