Job Description
AL Madina Travels & Tours (Pvt) Ltd is a leading Travel Company in Colombo, Sri Lanka, specializing in Airline ticketing and related services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE to join our team in Colombo.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and document all incoming calls, mail, and deliveries, directing them appropriately
- Manage calls and guide customers to suitable tour/visa packages
- Welcome and assist visitors in finding the right staff offices
- Available to work flexible hours
- Demonstrate strong organization, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in air-ticketing and basic travel services knowledge
- Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and additional languages preferred
- Minimum qualification GCE A/L
- Basic computer skills
