Job Description
This position is required to provide customers and partners with consistent, efficient, and professional service, contributing to company objectives and providing business development and marketing analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Post-sales Activities
- Plan, design, and deploy Servers and storage systems
- Liaise with partners for end-to-end service
- Install, configure, troubleshoot Microsoft Windows
- Prepare reports
- Networking with Partners and Customers
- Manage Projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Degree in IT or related field
- Certification in Server & Storage/ Microsoft/Linux/ VMware
- Networking experience a plus
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
