Job Description
This position is required to provide customers and partners with consistent, efficient, and professional service while contributing to achieving company objectives and providing analysis related to business development and marketing.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Post-sales Activities
- Plan, design, and deploy Servers and storage systems
- Liaise with partners to facilitate service provision
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and fine-tune operating systems
- Prepare reports and manage projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Degree in IT or related discipline
- Certification in Server & Storage/ Microsoft Windows Server/ Linux/ VMware
- Networking experience is an advantage
- Computer literacy and strong communication skills
