Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team at Carnage. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries through various communication channels. This role requires proficiency in English, strong computer skills, and experience preferably in the banking sector or a similar industry.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, and account inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies
- Utilize computer systems to access and update customer records and account information
- Monitor and manage customer interactions on social media platforms
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Very fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and experience with social media platforms
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a banking sector or similar environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings and weekends
