Job Description

The Job:

  • Respond to customer queries promptly within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Initiate a call or meeting with the customer to address and resolve the problem directly.
  • Monitor and track all customer queries received daily for timely resolution.
  • Review and maintain existing support articles, updating them as needed.
  • Extract knowledge from AI bots to respond to client queries independently.
  • Assist with payment-related issues for internal and external customers.
  • Address internal support requests efficiently to meet team needs.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for support processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business management.
  • 1-2 years of work experience preferred.
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work during US shift hours and on-site at our office.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail.
