Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives to ensure that our solutions align effectively.
- Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with clients to ensure their satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the client base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or a related field in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies and enterprise IT environments will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction and achieving customer success metrics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
