Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager for our client, a prominent Manufacturing company in Horana. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Retention, with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications:
- Customer Satisfaction and Retention skills
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in Relevant Field
- Good understanding of the fashion Industry, including PPC
- Proficiency in PLM and Supply Chain processes
- Analytical skills for data interpretation
- Prior experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Emphasis on Relationship Building and Customer Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in the ICT or BPO industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
