What Our Software is for?
OrangeHRM is a platform for Human Resource professionals that allows them to manage and optimize employee data in one central system. As a Customer Success Lead, you will engage with global clients, collaborate with internal teams, identify upsell opportunities, lead the team in Sri Lanka, prepare client reports, and work on client referrals.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through calls to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate to resolve issues promptly
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Lead the team in Sri Lanka
- Prepare client reports
- Boost client referrals
Competencies and Skills:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good reporting abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web apps
- Positive attitude and team player
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
Work Hours:
9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
