Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Success Executive to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing our existing client base, ensuring customer satisfaction, and actively collecting job vacancies. You will spend a significant portion of your day engaging with clients, hosting meetings, and nurturing relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs, gather feedback, and provide updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications:
