Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products or services.
Your duties will include onboarding new customers, providing product demonstrations, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and collecting feedback to improve customer experience.
